I bought a Groupon and tried to make an appointment, both of the numbers mentioned on the Groupon do not work. I called and finally spoke with someone and they told me they had "no availability" didn't even try to schedule me or tell me when they'd have more appointments. Overall terrible customer service.

First time coming in for a threading for my wedding this Friday. First coming in the place is very beautiful on the outside as well as the inside parking was definitely accessible it was right off the freeway so it was super easy to get here. I was greeted with a smile and made comfortable w nohen I sat down I let her know I was getting married she said she would take care of me her name was Sonya she did a fabulous job on my brows. She was so fast and quick and it came out greatwould definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again with my wife for my next threading

Let me start off by saying I have very complicated eyebrows since they grow downwards. About 70% of people who've threaded my eyebrows, I usually end up with some bald spots which is fine. I've been here about 8-10 times already and they do an OKAY job sometimes.

BUT holy MF. I went in here yesterday and jeesus the lady who did my eyebrows went HAM on my eyebrows and I actually have like a rug burn/abrasion on my upper eyelid's skin. It burns and looks like a cut. Our skin is super delicate there but she treated it like a leg LOL.

One of my biggest pet peeves about this place is that they ALWAYS touch your eyelids when they're threading it. I don't know about you but I prefer not be love tapped every 10 seconds. A lot of places I've been too when they thread your eyebrows nothing ever touches your skin except the actual thread.

Was nearby and in need to get my caterpillar eyebrows done and came across Zara Brow bar threading and wax here on yelp.
Went it was greeted by Payal and she started on me right away.
Prices are are average for threading places, but I especially like how quick she was and the music in here was nice too!

This has been my go to for a while now but wow was I disappointed today. I let my eyebrows grow out for a couple months and I've been looking forward to this visit. I was so disappointed not only did I end up with cuts on BOTH sides but the job I got I could have done at home

My skin was burnt from their Brazilian waxing & it was my first time EVER getting it done. I don't know the name of the lady who did my waxing, but I told her it was my first time EVER getting waxed down there and she said she'll be very careful. She kept going over and over the same areas at least 2+ times and I don't think she took into consideration that my skin is/could be sensitive. I felt the wax get hotter and hotter when she re-waxed the same areas.

Yes it was painful for me, I didn't expect this to happen for my first time and paying $40 for something I could've technically done myself. (I've attempted waxing myself but it was hard to see, so I seeked for a "professional") But I was already in the process, & there's no way I would scream or get mad, especially when there's another client behind the curtains right next to you getting their waxing done. I just forced myself to deal with it. This place uses "GiGi Wax" and I'm not a huge fan of that wax from previous experience because it's very harsh on skin that's sensitive like mine, ESPECIALLY for an area down there.

When the waxing was done, she told me that she couldn't remove residual hairs because my skin got sensitive. So yeah... there was still hairs left. Towards the end of the night & within 24 hours, I had a swarm of red bumps. When I showered with pH-balanced wash, it burned really bad. I exfoliated and applied coconut oil every night like she told me. After 24-48 hours, my skin is just peeling and peeling, similar to a sunburn.

Staff was kind though, I can't deny that. But whatever it is, they may be good at brows or whatever else they're known for, but they are not professionals for Brazilian waxing and I honestly think, as a first impression, that they'll offer any kind of service for money, regardless if they have experience with it or not. This was not worth my $40 for leaving residual hairs & a painful experience on top of that. Good customer service cannot make-up for that, unfortunately. I will never return here for a Brazilian or any waxing service.

My second favorite place to get a full face threading service. 26 dollars is a deal! Add 5 dollars for a really soothing and stress releasing face massage, and you have one happy customer! The staff is pleasant and skillful. You have to always double check, though, as you know...we are all human! Today's employee was pleasant, patient, and fast!
